The August release of Socialite is now available, and we’d like to share with you what’s new and how these updates and features can help you manage risk and be more successful on social networks.
Engagement Features
Mobile-Friendly Content Library
When logging into the Socialite portal from a mobile phone or tablet, Socialite now presents a mobile-friendly Content Library, making it easier for your users to use Socialite from their mobile devices.
Compliance Features
Analytics Data Export
Reviewers may now export analytics directly from the Socialite portal. This makes it easier for Compliance to supervise and investigate the activities of users all in one place and adjust policies accordingly. Exportable data includes activities by user, triggered keywords and details pertaining to LinkedIn profiles.
User Message Log Export
Export shows all posts, comments, likes, messages, and profile updates captured by Socialite by each user.
Profile Section Snapshot
Snapshot shows whether LinkedIn Profile Sections are populated by each user.
Exporting Compliance Analytics Data
Reviewers Ops role may now export User Message Log and Profile Section Snapshot from User Logs page. This allows reviewers to see all employee’s social activities in one view. In addition, reviewers may more easily see keywords/lexicons that are most often triggered based on all social activities, providing insights to which lexicons are causing the most reviews and which employees are the most frequent offenders.
